Sean Ryan has over thirty years experience in technology and operations management starting as a computer programmer in 1978. As an independent consultant specializing in operational and process management, he has worked with companies from coast to coast. In addition, Sean has held positions within several software development and homebuilding companies. Sean’s main focus has always been to motivate companies to better direct and grow their businesses by making use of available technology and also helping companies define their processes while taking into account their market, their products and their people. Sean has made it possible for them to save time and money leading to increased productivity and profitability. As Chief Operating Officer, Sean is responsible for leading the development of Myco Portal and establishing it as the essential people management resource.
